Congratulations to Bob Pedler, recipient of the 2007 Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board's "Distinguished Realtor of the Year" award for 2007

The Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board recently announced at its Annual Appreciation Luncheon that the 2007 Distinguished REALTOR® of the year award for 2007 is Mr. Bob Pedler. Mr. Pedler, Broker of Record for Bob Pedler Real Estate Limited, has been active in the real estate profession and a Member of our Board for the past 47 years. Mr. Pedler has served as President of WECREB, OREA, and CREA. He has served on numerous committees aimed at improving all aspects of the services provided to our Members and has been active with many community fundraising and charitable organizations.

This is the third time this prestigious award has been presented to a member of the Bob Pedler Real Estate team. Last year, in 2006, the recipient was Anna Vozza and in 1998, Brenda Clayon was honoured.

We're very proud of these achievements by our team members and thank the Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board for their generous recognition of these community-minded individuals.
